WIFTA 2005 PSA :: CEASE
SOMEONE'S DAUGHTER
Women in Film and Television Atlanta joined forces with the Atlanta production community to produce "Someone's Daughter," a public service announcement about child prostitution. WIFTA worked with The Center to End Adolescent Sexual Exploitation (CEASE) to produce the compelling piece.
Deborah Richardson, Director of Program Development for CEASE, was thrilled with the finished product and exclaimed, "This is an excellent piece. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, is blown away when they see it!"
United Way, a partner of CEASE, was so impressed that they added their logo as a show of support.
"Someone's Daughter" was written by Angie Fox, directed by Darija Pichanick and produced by Sherry Richardson and Angie Fox. Sylvia Jackson, of Film Captive Productions, volunteered her services as Director of Photography. Special thanks go to Willena Moye of Feature Systems, BT Post, Carol Tveit-Clark, Deidre McDonald, Chris Glass, the talented members of WIFTA and the countless others who volunteered their time and resources to this project.
