Keisha Burnette
Board Member
Keisha Burnette is the Director of Business & Legal Affairs at the Game Show Network (a division of Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc.). She is responsible for legal matters related to the development, production and marketing of the Network’s live-action original and licensed programming. She structures, drafts and negotiates a wide range of talent agreements, including producer, director, showrunner and crew deals. She advises clients on matters related to music licensing, technology, intellectual property, sweepstakes and promotions. She is also responsible for advising the Network on the development, clearance and use of content across all media platforms.
Keisha previously served as a Senior Attorney with the City of Atlanta’s Law Department, where she provided legal counsel to the Mayor’s Office of Film and Entertainment on television and feature film production in Atlanta. She managed and negotiated matters related to contracts, intellectual property, special events and regulatory compliance. Keisha’s film, and television projects include Black Panther, Baby Driver, Family Feud, the Fast and Furious and Avengers: Endgame. She also served as the city’s Government Liaison to the Atlanta Football Host Committee to facilitate the city’s hosting of the College Football Playoff Championship and Super Bowl LIII.
Keisha began her career at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. She received her B.A. and J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
