WIFTA is led by women committed to the positive portrayal of women in film, television, and digital media.

Executive Director & CEO Robyn Watson leads day-to-day strategy, operations, programming, partnerships, fundraising, and community engagement, and reports to the Board of Directors. Guided by Board President GlenNeta Griffin, the board partners with the Executive Director & CEO to keep WIFTA accountable to its members and true to its mission.

Directors serve on the calendar fiscal year, January 1 through December 31. Professional, Executive, and Corporate Members are eligible to serve. Terms are two years, and directors may serve up to three consecutive terms.
